Russell T Davies, the creator of It’s a Sin, is calling out the masses for still being hella misinformed about HIV. Like, I get it, the internet can be a dark place, but come on, folks!

The man is ‘despairing’ over here, and honestly, same.

It’s a Sin was a whole vibe, and if you haven’t watched it, what’s good? It’s a drama series that shines a light on the AIDS crisis in the 80s, and let me tell you, it’s a whole emotional rollercoaster.

This is lowkey a whole thing, and I’m not okay. We’re living in a time where information is at our fingertips, and yet, people still believe some wild stuff about HIV. Like, didn’t we learn about this in health class?

The people who actually know things are saying that we need to do better, and I’m inclined to agree. It’s not just about the misinformation, it’s about the harm it causes. People are still dying from AIDS-related illnesses, and it’s like, we can do better than this.
