Mills Going to Jail? 💀

So, you’re probably thinking, ‘what’s good with Det. Mills and his whole murder situation? ’ Well, let’s get into it.

They really said ‘hold my coffee’ and went ahead with the whole ‘killing a serial killer’ thing. I mean, who hasn’t been there, right? (Just kidding, that’s not a thing…

or is it?

At the end of Se7en, Mills is last seen in the back of a police car, and I’m over here thinking, ‘is he lowkey going to prison or what? ’ It’s giving ‘main character energy’ for sure.

Why This Matters (Or Doesn’t) 👀

The people who actually know things are saying that, realistically, a jury might not convict Mills. I mean, the guy killed a notorious serial killer who was terrorizing LA - it’s not like he killed a random person on the street (although, that’s still not okay, obvi).

It’s a whole thing, and I’m not okay with how messed up the justice system can be. Like, what even is justice, anyway? Is it about punishing the bad guys, or is it about protecting the people?

All joking aside, the situation with Mills is hella complicated. On one hand, you have a guy who killed a serial killer - that’s a good thing, right? On the other hand, you have a cop who just straight-up murdered someone, and that’s not exactly something you want to condone.

It’s a tough call, and I’m not sure what I would do if I were on that jury. Probably just eat a whole pizza by myself and cry about how messed up the world is, tbh.

Anyway, that’s my two cents on the whole Mills situation. What do you think, tho? Would a jury actually convict him, or would he get off scot-free?
